• We are not responsible for packages with incorrect or incomplete addresses, including missing unique code (line 2 address) apartment numbers, street addresses, or recipient information.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the address is correct and complete before shipping. Always send a picture of the address to confirm with us before shipping to our warehouse.

• Packages with unclear or missing addresses may be returned to sender or held at our warehouse, and a storage fee may apply.

Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for delays.

• We are not responsible for packages left at the door or with unauthorized individuals.
